Services

Currently, we provide our services at no charge to non-profit organizations. Under normal circumstances, the only thing the client would be obligated to provide for the staff is room and board if the venue is outside of the Brazosport, Texas area, as well as the equipment we are contracted to operate.

Our audio production services encompass everything needed to hold a successful event. We will work with you and equipment dealers in the months leading up to the event and develop a plan that fits your needs and your budget.

The day of, or the day before, the event starts, we will personally be on hand to do the load-in process. This involves getting the equipment to the venue, getting it set up, and troubleshooting any problems that may arise. We will continue to be on hand for the duration of the event, ensuring a minimal amount of technical problems, if any. After the event is dismissed, we will begin the load-out process, which involves breaking the equipment down and preparing it to be shipped out. For information on how we can best suit this generalized plan to your needs, please contact us.

In addition, we do offer taping of events and tape duplication on-site. Tape duplication requires considerable investment on our part, so we do require that all fees from tape duplication be paid directly to C&C Productions to cover costs. Please contact us for further explanation of this service.

Each event and each venue is different from the next, so please e-mail us at the address listed below, and include as much information as is necessary, such as: When and where the event will take place, as well as expected attendance if that number is known. If the firm producing the event has a lack of knowledge in the technical aspect of production, C&C Productions will work with you to either purchase or rent a quality system. Be forewarned- In the business of pro audio, you almost always get what you pay for. Please e-mail us with specific details, if known, and we will work up a plan for you, even if you choose not to contract us.
